I am Christian, I believe in Jesus Christ, the son of God, who lived the perfect life I couldn't, died, and after three days rose again, so that by putting my trust in Him, I have new life in this world and eternal life in the world to come. My deepest desires cannot be satisfied by chess, or anything in this world, but only by being known and loved by the God who created me.  I know that my worth is not tied to how well I do in chess or how successful I am in life, but that I am loved more than I can imagine by God. I believe my abilities in chess are a gift from God and a result of how he created me, and that I can glorify Him through my performance.
