I play chess for 50 years now. As a kid and junior it was successful, winning many kids and youth tournaments! Went for 5 years to proper chess school. Made 20 years break to return at 40 and play a lot online and OTB. Then paused again to run my biz. Now it seems like i returned to chess for good! Three coaches led my youth career, my late father Ivan (NM), Vlatko Kovacevic (GM) and Jure Nikolac (GM). And these days chess became one of my photographic inspirations, too! :)
